Best Cancer Fighting Foods-Colorful Vegetables and Fruits

The list of foods that work well to block Cancer or fight it at the cellular level can be easily grown Fruits and Vegetables.

Take notice of Asian diets before western diets became part of their diets.Two countries, in particular, are China and Japan.

 Animal products seem to harm the human body the most, including dairy. Stay at a healthy weight and eat 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

Garlic
Numerous large research labs have found that those who eat larger amounts of garlic are less likely to develop various kinds of cancer, Cancers of digestive organs such as the esophagus, stomach, and colon.
Ingredients in the pungent plant may block cancer-causing tools to start working in your body. Garlic seems to prevent cancer cells from multiplying.
Scientists do not know what would be the recommended dose of garlic to ingest, but if you enjoy it, add it to your diet and find recipes that work well with this bulb.

Berries
Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries etc.. (all berries have a good source of antioxidants).
Their liquid goodness also may make them one of the foods to resist cancers. Berries hold unusually powerful antioxidants, meaning they can block a naturally occurring process in the body that produces free radicals.that can degrade your cells.
Compounds in berries can also help keep cancers from progressing or spreading.

Tomatoes
Some research has found that eating tomatoes may help protect men from prostate cancer.
 This is said to happen by guarding the DNA in your cells from damage that can lead to cancer.
Tomatoes contain a high density of an effective antioxidant called lycopene.
Your body may absorb lycopene better from processed tomato foods such as sauce.
The marinara sauce you thought was not a real health food could be a delicious way to help lower your risk of this disease.
Grow some tomato plants and have as many vegetarian Italian dishes as you can eat.

Cruciferous Vegetables

Whole Grains

Turmeric contains an ingredient called curcumin (not the same as cumin) that may have anti-cancer properties. 
According to the American Cancer Society, curcumin can inhibit some kinds of cancer cells in laboratory studies and slow the spread of cancer or shrink tumors in some animals. 
This is one of the stronger more pungent spices, so having this as a regular part of your diet may be difficult.
There have been ongoing studies to show that this spice has more health benefits that they had assumed.
